Schedule for the 2024 Diriyah E-Prix double-header

Diriyah, Saudi Arabia, gets set to host another pair of night races as Formula E illuminates the historic desert surroundings of the UNESCO World Heritage site.

It's not an easy night-time drive for the field as they have to master the tricky twists and turns of the Diriyah Street Circuit, with the spotlights and their reflexes to guide them around this challenging track.

A slight change to the usual proceedings sees Free Practice 1 kick off the track action on Thursday, with 30 minutes in the evening sun at 18:00 local (15:00 UTC), the teams then have overnight to make any adjustments before the second 30-minute Free Practice session gets Friday's race day going at 13:00 local (10:00 UTC).

Then it's the race against the clock as Qualifying and the nail-biting Duels runs from 15:20 local (12:20 UTC) ahead of the 2024 Diriyah E-Prix, Round 2 with the 37 laps starting at 20:00 local (17:00 UTC).

With two days of racing, you don't have to wait long for even more action. The 2024 Diriyah E-Prix, Round 3 starts with Free Practice 3, with only one 30-minute session to fine-tune the GEN3 machines ahead of Qualifying again at 15:20 local (12:20 UTC) and then lights out on the 36-lap race at 20:00 local (17:00 UTC).
