Alejandro Agag

CO-FOUNDER & CHAIRMAN

Alejandro Agag is the visionary Co-Founder & Chairman of the first all-electric motor racing World Championship, Formula E.

Since founding the series in 2011 with an idea penned on the back of a napkin, Alejandro has steered it to become the fastest growing motorsport in the world and widely regarded as the game-changing sport of the future.

He has continued to innovate in electric motorsport first with the creation of Extreme E in 2019 and his latest venture: the all-electric powerboat championship, E1. The off-road electric racing series Extreme E highlights the devastating impacts of climate change in remote corners of the world while E1 launched in 2020 focusing on marine conservation. Both endeavours, like Formula E, are aimed at advancing the development of cutting-edge electric technology and sustainability.

Alejandro also currently serves as Chairman of the Advisory Board of Planet First Partners, an impact investment fund focusing on sustainability transition.

Prior to Formula E, Alejandro worked in football at Queens Park Rangers in addition to experience drawn from across the GP2 motorsport championship - revamping the Campos outfit into the successful Barwa Addax Team – and investing in Formula One TV rights in Spain.

Jeff Dodds

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Jeff Dodds is the Chief Executive Officer of Formula E – the world’s leading all-electric motorsport series.

Since Jeff joined in 2023, the Championship has continued to grow rapidly and now has a global fanbase of more than 400 million. Formula E is the first global sport to achieve B Corp certification and is recognised globally for combining elite-level sporting performance with a commitment to sustainability. 

Prior to joining Formula E in June 2023, Jeff was the Chief Operating Officer at Virgin Media O2, one of the UK’s largest and best known media and telecoms businesses, where he worked for over ten years, starting out as their Chief Marketing Officer. In addition to working for Virgin Media O2, Jeff lived and worked in the Netherlands as the Chief Executive Officer of the telecoms business Tele2 and has also held senior marketing roles at Callaway Golf and Honda.

 In 2026, Jeff became Chair of The Marketing Society, having previously served as Chair of the global disability equality organisation The Valuable 500 and as a Non-Executive Director at the UK Government’s Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities. In 2025, following Formula E’s commitment to join the UN-led Energy Compact initiative, Jeff also became a UN Member Envoy of the Energy Global Compact Initiative, supporting its ambition to accelerate the global transition to clean and sustainable energy.

Jeff holds an MBA and an MSc in International Marketing and has been awarded an honorary Doctorate in Business. He lives in the UK with his wife, Mary, and their two sons, Henry and Jonathan.

Alberto Longo

CO-FOUNDER AND CHIEF CHAMPIONSHIP OFFICER

Alberto Longo is the Co-Founder & Chief Championship Officer of Formula E.

Before co-founding the first all-electric motorsport World Championship back in 2011, Alberto was co-owner and Team Principal of the motor racing Barwa Addax Team, which saw a successful revamp under his leadership.

He initially purchased the team under the name of Campos Racing GP2 Team with current Formula E Co-Founder and Chairman, Alejandro Agag. Alberto’s first experience in motorsport came in the early 2000s when he began purchasing and commercializing Formula 1 TV rights in Spain alongside Alejandro.

Alberto started his career initially as an investment advisor for Santander Private Bank for five years in multiple locations around the world, followed by more than a decade working in law.

Enrique Buenaventura

Chief Business Affairs Officer

Enrique Buenaventura is the Chief Business Affairs Officer for the all-electric championship.

Enrique has been with Formula E since 2012. As part of the founding team of Formula E, he has overseen much of the Championship’s growth and all commercial deals to date, leading the Legal Department and acting as Secretary to the Board of Directors of the Holding Company.

Enrique’s career in motorsport started in 2011 when he joined HRT Formula One Team as General Counsel and Senior Executive, responsible for all legal affairs of the company.

Earlier in his career, Enrique specialised in the media and communications industry, serving as Legal Counsel in the commercial and contractual legal team at Vodafone España for almost a decade, including almost two years at Vodafone Group HQ in the UK focusing on legal affairs concerning intellectual property, sponsorship, advertising, and media.

Chief Financial Officer

Max Adkins is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Formula E.

Max's deep financial expertise and experience within the Liberty Global family, which is now the majority shareholder of the Championship, positions him to play a crucial role in the ongoing growth and success of Formula E.

Prior to joining the all-electric racing series, Adkins served as the CFO of Virgin Media Ireland, where he led financial operations for more than three years. His extensive career with Liberty Global, spanning seven years, included key roles such as Director of Corporate Finance and Vice President of Investor Relations.

Julia Pallé

Vice President Sustainability

Julia Pallé , VP of Sustainability at Formula E, is a leading expert on sustainability in motorsport and the international elite sport industry.

Julia leads the strategic sustainability vision and under her leadership, Formula E has consistently set the standard for global sports sustainability. She secured the Championship’s milestone ISO 20121 certification for sustainable events, making it the first motorsport series in history to achieve this standard, alongside the highest three-star rating for the FIA’s Environmental Management System.

Formula E is defined by its mission to combat climate change and improve urban air quality through the global adoption of electric vehicles, and Julia has been instrumental in translating this vision into industry-leading credentials.

Most recently, Julia has steered Formula E to unprecedented environmental and social credentials. In 2025, Formula E became the first and only sports organisation to be third-party certified on the rigorous BSI Net Zero pathway. In January 2026, the Championship achieved B Corp Certification, distinguishing Formula E as the first and only global sport to receive the honour.

Julia’s influence extends across the broader sustainable e-mobility and sports landscapes. 

She served as Sustainability Advisor to Extreme E, the pioneering all-electric off-road series, and the E1 Series, the world’s first all-electric raceboat championship. Additionally, Julia is the President of Sport and Sustainability International (SandSI), leading a global network of experts dedicated to aligning the international sports movement with sustainable development goals.

Prior to these roles, Julia drove sustainability and motorsport synergy at Michelin Motorsport. Her foundational research and expertise focus on Business & Sustainability, Change Management, and Project Management within the elite motorsport sector.

Ellie Norman

Chief Marketing Officer

Ellie Norman is the Chief Marketing Officer of Formula E.

Ellie is responsible for a newly expanded remit, incorporating brand, marketing, PR and corporate communications, digital and social media, and fan engagement.

Before joining Formula E, Ellie Norman spent two years as the Chief Communications Officer at Manchester United. Prior to that, Ellie served as the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Formula 1 for five years leading the sport as it grew its fan base, defined its vision, value and purpose and was part of the Exec Team responsible for growing the share price from $28 in 2017 to $65 in 2021. Earlier in her career, Ellie held senior executive roles at both Virgin Media and Honda.

Ellie holds Non-Executive Director role at The Marketing Society, is a member of Marketing Group of Great Britain, and a Fellow Alumni of The Marketing Academy, being widely recognised as an inspirational, marketing and communications leader with a particular strength in building brand and creating customer impact. Throughout her career, she has managed 'challenger' brands, led brand revitalisations, and orchestrated turnarounds in fast-moving, consumer-centric, commercial environments, including media, telecommunications, and sports entertainment.

Chief People Officer

Hayley is the Chief People Officer at Formula E.

With over 15 years of experience across Hospitality, Beauty, Retail and Sport, Hayley has grown her career in fast-moving, innovative brands that play to her passion of creating impactful high-performance environments.

Prior to Formula E, Hayley left the world of Beauty and Retail, moving from Liz Earle Beauty Company and Walgreens Boots Alliance, entering into the Sports industry within England Rugby (RFU), returning back to a small-medium sized organisation playing a generalist role. There she built a team and enhanced their focus on culture, engagement and strategic initiatives, working closely with the Leadership Team to translate the high-performance mentality known on the pitch, into the office.

Within Formula E, Hayley has a passion for creating brilliant foundations for all to thrive, and galvanising teams to deliver on ambitious, growth targets. Working with the CEO to shape cultures, optimise talent and build high performing teams, striving for impact every day. Having worked in large corporations, medium sized legacy sports and upcoming challenger growth environments, Hayley ensures the People agenda runs through all strategy and decision-making, enabling our greatest asset, our people, to be their most effective.

Alongside being a mum of two, Hayley is passionate about showing you can have a career and be present as a parent, working hard to role model authentic, inclusive leadership.

Chief Media Officer

Michaella Snoeck is Chief Media Officer at Formula E.

Michaella is a recognised industry leader, and in her new role at Formula E she is responsible for continuing to drive Formula E’s global growth, bringing the sport to more fans than ever before, and expanding its current fan base of over 422 million worldwide.

She joined Formula E after more than an eight-year tenure at Formula One, six of which were as Head of Media Rights, where she led the broadcast and distribution strategy, negotiating multimillion-dollar rights agreements, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding distribution footprints across international markets. Before that, Snoeck held roles at World Rugby and with ESPN, working on the 2012 Olympics during her time there.

Dan Cherowbrier

Chief Technology Officer

Dan Cherowbrier is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Formula E.

Dan is responsible for the championship's comprehensive technical strategy & oversees broadcast technology, racing and safety services, cyber security, and the innovation roadmap.

Prior to joining Formula E, Dan spent over a decade as an innovative technical leader and management consultant specialising in the media and sports industries, and he continues to serve as a fractional CTO for E1 Series.

Earlier in his career, Dan managed high-availability systems in media and telecoms, including senior roles at Arqiva & Babcock. He also holds recorded patents for audience data collection technologies.

Dan holds a BSc (Hons) in Broadcast Media Technology from Ravensbourne College of Design & Communication.

Will Brown

Chief Commercial Officer

Will Brown is Chief Commercial Officer at Formula E.

Will is a business leader with more than 20 years of international experience driving growth, commercial transformation and strategic partnerships across the global sports, entertainment and investment sectors. Before joining Formula E he served as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Motorsport at Legends Global, where he led the company’s worldwide motorsport division, advising team principals, commercial leaders and ownership groups on growth strategy, sponsorship, revenue generation and business performance. 

Known for building and scaling businesses in complex international markets, Brown has held senior leadership positions across Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and the Americas. Prior to joining Legends Global, he was Commercial Director at CRED Investments, where he joined as one of the company’s earliest employees and built the commercial division from inception. Under his leadership, the business secured more than £260 million in financing, expanded across the UK, Germany, France, Spain and Italy, and generated more than £50 million in contracted revenue within its first 14 months.  

In addition to his executive career, Brown has served in advisory and interim leadership positions for a number of international organisations. Based in London, he is recognised for combining strategic vision with hands-on execution, and for his ability to deliver sustained growth across multinational organisations and entrepreneurial ventures alike.
