Anyone who is passionate about motorsport, sustainability, and contributing to a dynamic event atmosphere can volunteer for Formula E. Volunteers must meet the minimum age requirement which is 18+.
Volunteers must meet the minimum age requirement which is 18+ and you must be legally able to volunteer in the country which you are applying to.
Yes, volunteers will receive training and briefing sessions via their volunteer platform prior to the event.
Briefing sessions will also take place during race week, to familiarise them with their roles, responsibilities, and event protocols. Training will be held online and can be completed in their own time. On-site training will be provided where possible.
The time commitment for volunteering varies depending on the role and event schedule. Volunteers are expected to be available for the duration of their scheduled shifts and any required training sessions. They must be available on the Race Day.
Yes, volunteers receive perks such as uniforms, small gifts, recognition for their contributions to the event and the benefits of volunteering, such as meeting new people, being part of a unique motorsports event and representing their city.
Volunteers will be provided with an official Formula E uniform to wear during their shifts. You will not be provided trousers of shoes. Comfortable trousers (no ripped jeans) and closed-toe shoes are recommended for your safety and comfort.
Formula E does not provide visas for volunteers. It is the responsibility of international volunteers to ensure they have the necessary visa to enter and work in the host country.
No, we generally do not provide transportation or cover transportation costs.
