Home hero Felipe Drugovich had a disappointing end to his first Formula E qualifying with Andretti, ending Group B with terminal damage to the front-right of his car. Setting one of the best first sectors of the day so far, Drugovich managed to misjudge the entry into Turn 4 which resulted in the session being red flagged as they recovered his car.
It appeared that he turned in super early for the corner, tries to recommit but clips his car on the concrete barrier which was game over. It's a brutal end to his first Season 12 qualifying in front of the home crowd but he'll be hoping his team can get the car repaired for the race at 14:00 local.
