Panasonic Jaguar Racing's Mitch Evans today received a 10-place grid penalty ahead of the 2018 Qatar Airways Paris E-Prix after replacing the gearbox on one of his cars.
The New Zealand driver, who started strong in the Rome race, suffered in the final stages after using most of his energy to battle at the front of the pack. The Jaguar driver limped across the finish line in ninth place. Currently seventh in the championship, Evans will be looking to win back points here in Paris.
