- Sam Bird, Nyck de Vries and Pascal Wehrlein have each managed to claim two wins in Saudi Arabia
- But the driver to have led the standings leaving Saudi Arabia has only ever gone on to win the title once - and that was de Vries, back in Season 7
- Saudi Arabia is the sixth country to have hosted a Formula E race in two different cities
- Formula E raced in Diriyah, near Riyadh, since Season 5 over 11 races - only Berlin has held more
- De Vries has the largest (0.664s in Season 7) and smallest (0.005s in Season 8) pole margins in the Kingdom

- Jake Hughes is the only driver on the grid with an average qualifying position better than 9th (4.75)
- He's also the only driver to have won five Duels in Saudi Arabia (all five in Season 9)
- Lucas di Grassi and Stoffel Vandoorne have completed all 386 racing laps in Saudi Arabia
- Edoardo Mortara is the only driver to have outqualified his teammate eight times here
- After five seasons and 11 races in Diriyah, a run on the Formula E calendar only topped by Berlin, Formula E heads to the Red Sea Coast and the Jeddah Corniche Circuit as Saudi Arabia becomes the sixth nation to have held races in two locations
- Diriyah was also the first venue to host a Formula E race at night starting with that memorable Nyck de Vries win under the lights in Season 7. Jeddah will continue that tradition this year - and, as Diriyah did, hosts a Friday-Saturday double-header

- The Corniche Circuit hosted its first F1 race in 2021, and Formula E co-founder Alejandro Agag’s electric race boat series E1 headed to the Jeddah coast for its first round in 2024
- It’s a long circuit, at just over 3km in length - on a different layout to the one used in Formula 1. It’s more technical with the addition of a hairpin and several chicanes, but does keep hold of plenty of high speed sections - it’ll be a quick one
- The polesitter hasn’t won here since the opening race in Season 7…
- So, the streak without a win converted from pole that continued in Mexico since the season opener there last year, looks like it could last at least another weekend on past form - although this is an all-new track, of course
- Twice has a race in Saudi Arabia been led from start to finish (Race 2 of Season 6 and Race 1 of Season 7)
- De Vries has both the largest (0.664s, Season 7) and smallest (0.005s, Season 8) pole margin in the Kingdom
- Alexander Sims (Season 6) and Jake Hughes (Season 9) are the only drivers to have started on the front row in both races in Saudi Arabia in the same season
- Last season’s visit to Saudi Arabia saw Jake Dennis claim the fastest lap in both races (only the third time a driver has claimed both fastest laps in the same weekend)
- Last season’s opening race in Diriyah saw Dennis win by 13.289s, the largest winning margin since Season 2
- No driver has managed to gain at least 10 places in a race in Saudi Arabia since de Vries and Andre Lotterer did so in the second race in Season 7
- Jake Dennis and Pascal Wehrlein are the only drivers to have shared the podium twice in Saudi Arabia (in Season 9)
- The driver starting third on the grid in Saudi Arabia has won more times than the polesitter (four vs three)
- However, the polesitter and driver starting in third place have finished in the points in every race in Saudi Arabia
