Three New Zealand to air Formula E highlights

More good news for fans of the FIA Formula E Championship in New Zealand today as broadcaster Three New Zealand renews its deal to air Formula E highlights as well as the official magazine show - Street Racers.

Showing all the highlights from the action on-track as well as taking an exclusive look behind-the-scenes with Formula E's official magazine show Street Racers, fans will be able to tune in and watch local hero and Panasonic Jaguar Racing driver Mitch Evans vie for the podium from the start of the new season beginning in Hong Kong on December 2 & 3.

"Mediaworks & CRC Motorsport are excited to be the preferred Highlights Broadcast Partner for the FIA Formula E Championship 2017/18. We are proud to support Kiwi Mitch Evans in his quest for success in association with Panasonic Jaguar Racing. Building on the success of the last Formula E Championship, this year will again be one of our most popular categories to screen on CRC Motorsport," said CRC Motorsport Producer Nigel Carpenter.

“I’m delighted that we’re broadening our coverage across New Zealand with Three New Zealand airing extended highlights of each race this season. It’s still a relatively new territory for Formula E, but the feedback and enthusiasm we have had from audiences in New Zealand demonstrates the passion and knowledge the fans already have - and it looks set to continue with Three New Zealand!’ said Ali Russell, Media & Business Development Director at Formula E.

With less than a week to go before the season opener double-header in Hong Kong, all is to play for in a new season of Formula E. Where will you be watching?
