London ExCeL Circuit

The London ExCeL Circuit starts off indoors on a silky-smooth surface offering bags of grip, and after a quick succession of the corners the pack heads outside, Immediately on exit they will touch a strip of slippy metal, before heading down into the outdoor portion with the highly abrasive asphalt surrounding the exhibition centre.

The outside features a flowing set of chicanes prime for passing opportunities, from there it's a quick run down to twisty set of curves before heading back up into the main hall to finish a lap.

With changes in surface, elevation and dealing with the shift in lighting, the field face a unique challenge with this indoor and outdoor circuit.

Champions crowned in London

Formula E is all about championships going down to the wire, will we see the same in Season 10? Two final races as the grid gets set for wheel-to-wheel action at motorsport’s only indoor and outdoor circuit.

We're back at ExCeL London and thanks to the emissions-free nature of the cars, London features a unique track that weaves its way both inside and outside of exhibition centre and around the historical heartland of the Royal Docklands; a first for top-level international motorsport.

Location

Formula E's Season 10 Championship decider will be held in the ExCeL London. The final double-header of the season will be at motorsport's most unique circuit in and around the exhibition centre and the historic Royal Docklands.

GETTING TO THE CIRCUIT

On Foot

ExCeL London

Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London E16 1XL

Unrestricted access on foot via Royal Victoria Bridge or Royal Victoria Square towards ExCeL's West entrance. There is no access on foot via Sandstone Lane and some restricted access via Seagull Lane.

By Bus

There are a number of bus stops close to the 'West' and 'East' entrances to the event on Victoria Dock Road. For information on bus routes to and from the London ExCeL please see the TFL website.

By Train

There are several Train lines that can be reached from the venue via transport connections from the London ExcEL.For the closest overground stations and travel time to and from the ExCeL please visit the TFL website.

By Tube

The closest station to the main entrance - "West Entrance" - is Custom House station (DLR & Elizabeth Line), which has a lift available within a distance of 165m. The alternative event entrance is "East Entrance" for which the closest public transport hub is Prince Regent station (DLR), which has a lift available within a distance of 65m. For information about the step-free access on the stations and how to plan your journey please refer to the accessibility guide from TFL. Be sure to check your journey in advance ahead of potential strike action and planned closures.

By Car

Public transport is recommended to attend the event. If you are arriving by car there are a number of public car parks in close proximity to the ExCeL. If you require a accessible parking space please contact London@fiaformulae.com to reserve a space.

By Taxi/Uber

There is a designated taxi rank at the event, which is located at Western Gateway, London E16 1DR.

By Boat

Arrive to the Royal Wharf Pier by Thames Clippers. It takes just over 20 minutes to walk through Britannia Village and over the Royal Victoria dock footbridge to ExCeL’s west entrance.

By Cable Car

The Cable car is a 10 minute journey from North Greenwich to Royal Docks and a 5 minute walk to the West Entrance of ExCeL London. For more cable car information visit the TFL website.
