Andretti has taken the covers off its GEN3 Evo set for the 2024/25 ABB FIA Formula E World Championship.

The covers are off Andretti's 2024/25 livery and their new Porsche-powered GEN3 Evo challenger.

It's an instantly-recognisable colour scheme, with red, white and blue featuring heavily for the American outfit.

Andretti's Season 11 driver line-up

Jake Dennis returns Andretti for Season 11, after agreeing to a long-term contract extension at the end of 2023 - his title-winning year. The 2022/23 champion had a strong first half of the season with a win in Diriyah and three other podiums, and will be back to try and make it two drivers’ titles with Andretti.

Alongside him will be Nico Mueller - someone who more than impressed in Season 9. Mueller joins alongside confirmed teammate and Season 9 World Champion Dennis.

The Swiss driver signs following Norman Nato's exit, and will pilot the Andretti Porsche 99X Electric machine in his fifth season of Formula E competition as the series enters its GEN3 Evo era.

“I’m very excited to join the Andretti Formula E Team," says Mueller. "It’s a team that has seen success from the very beginning of the championship, particularly in the GEN3 era in their partnership with Porsche Motorsport.

"To work with Jake, a former World Champion is an honour and I’m looking forward to the opportunity. I’m going to give it my very best to contribute to the team’s success and hopefully aim for some podiums and my first Formula E win – that's the target. I can't wait to get going.”

Valencia test schedule and tickets

The action for Season 11 will kick off with pre-season testing over four days from Monday 4 - Thursday 7 November 2024 in Valencia, Spain. Find out how you can get your tickets.

This will be the first time we'll see all the teams on track with their new GEN3 Evo machinery, putting that rapid race car - capable of 0-60mph in just 1.82 seconds - through its paces around Circuit Ricardo Tormo.

Key technical enhancements for the new GEN3 Evo race car:

  • The quickest accelerating FIA single-seater race car: Capable of 0-60mph in 1.82 seconds (0-100kph in 1.86s), 30% faster than a current F1 car.
  • Faster, stronger, more agile: Performance upgrades providing an estimated 2% performance gain from GEN3, equating to a c.2 secs faster qualifying lap on the Monaco circuit, offering world-class racing on any track.
  • Leaner and meaner: An aggressive new body kit designed to be stronger, more robust and more aerodynamic, delivering closer wheel-to-wheel racing.
  • All-wheel drive (AWD): A first for a Formula E car, available during qualifying duels, race starts, and ATTACK MODE. This feature maximizes acceleration and control, elevating the thrill of critical race moments and intensifying driver rivalries. AWD enhances both performance and strategy, providing more exciting racing for drivers and fans alike.
  • Better grip: Optimised all-weather Hankook iON tires providing 5-10% more grip, made from 35% recycled and sustainable materials (+9% vs GEN3 spec).
