The Business Intelligence team sits at the heart of Formula E, working with all of the individual business units to provide data and insight to help support effective decision making. The purpose of the Business Intelligence Intern will be to support the team in collecting, analysing and reporting on data and insights, as well as being a comprehensive and active learning and development experience to enable career growth.

FIA Girls On Track mira ad aumentare tale percentuale invitando le giovani donne dagli 8 ai 18 anni a scoprire, gratuitamente, i diversi aspetti del Motorsport e del suo settore attraverso una serie di attività e workshop.

Il FIA Girls on Track è un vero progetto a 360° per responsabilizzare le giovani ragazze e promuovere l'uguaglianza di genere in modo innovativo, coinvolgente e positivo. Poiché il motorsport è anche fortemente legato alle principali industrie, FIA Girls On Track offre alle ragazze coinvolte nel programma la possibilità di cogliere opportunità di carriera in tutti gli aspetti del motorsport e non solo.

1/6Careers Tent: Showcasing the variety of roles in and around motorsport, the Careers Tent allows girls to hear first-hand from multiple women within the industry who travel the world with Formula E. It's an opportunity to listen, be inspired by their roles, and ask them questions on how to get their dream job in motorsports.
2/6ABB STEM Challenge: Run by global partner ABB, the STEM Challenge allows girls to get a hands-on experience with a real-life robot. The participants are introduced to female engineers to learn all about their careers, how to programme robots, and an insight into ABB and their STEM program.
3/6DHL Experience: FIA Girls on Track global partner DHL takes girls through the key role they play as Formula E's Official Logistics Partner. DHL demonstrate the variety of positions in logistics , utilising a fun and interactive virtual reality experience to demonstrate this important function within motorsport.
4/6Garage Tours: The Garage Tour is an in-depth opportunity for girls to go inside the beating heart of every Formula E team. Girls can see first-hand all the aspects of what makes an all-electric racing car work, learning about the variety of roles within a team and what is required to get a car out on track.
5/6Simulator Experience: Within the Gaming Arena, girls have the opportunity to race against each other on simulators. Here they have a chance to sample the circuits before seeing the drivers racing on them - there's even an opportunity to get some tips from the pros on how to perfect their racing lines to clock some fast times around the challenging virtual tracks.
6/6Meet the Drivers: Be it as part of the pit-lane or garage tours, the girls can get up close and personal with the drivers and meet the heroes behind the helmets. Whether its simulator tips or a chance to speak with them, the drivers are on-hand to meet the attendees and they're always willing to pose for a picture.
