The 2024/25 campaign marks a new era of the championship, with the much-anticipated debut of the GEN3 Evo race car - a major milestone in electric racing technology, blending performance, sustainability, and efficiency.

Lots of teams up and down the grid have also embraced some big changes of their own, including complete rebrands. We saw a glimpse of their new looks during pre-season testing in Madrid last month, including special testing liveries, but São Paulo will be the first time we see them all together on track.

Here’s how each team will be looking across Season 11.

Andretti Formula E

Drivers: Jake Dennis and Nico Mueller

The US team has remained relatively unchanged for this new season, as it still rocks the red, white and blue patriotic livery that we all know and love. It’s a classic in this new era of Formula E, and we can’t wait to see how Jake gets on with his new teammate Nico Mueller.

DS PENSKE

Drivers: Jean-Eric Vergne and Maximilian Guenther

After receiving lots of love for their one-off special Monaco livery in Season 10, DS PENSKE listened to the fans and played on that theme for their 2024/25 look - black with striking gold accents. “It feels bold, aggressive and fast,” Vergne said about the design.

Envision Racing

Drivers: Robin Frijns and Sebastien Buemi

The driver line-up is unchanged at Envision for Season 11, and their iconic green and blue livery has been kept too. Envision has also kept the Climate Stripes on the rear wing, raising awareness around climate change topics through an ongoing partnership with Professor Ed Hawkins.

Jaguar TCS Racing

Drivers: Mitch Evans and Nick Cassidy

It’s no secret that Jaguar has embraced a big rebrand in the past few weeks, and their Formula E livery is no exception with a new design for Season 11. After using a temporary testing livery, the reigning Teams’ World Champions have shown off their black, white and gold design ahead of São Paulo.

CUPRA KIRO

Drivers: Dan Ticktum and David Beckmann

There’s no way you’re missing the CUPRA Kiro when it’s on the track. The vibrant livery is a new addition for Season 11, following huge investment from the Forest Road Company - a Los Angeles-based investment firm - after they acquired 100% of the ERT Formula E Team.

Ahead of São Paulo, Kiro also announced a multi-year partnership with automotive brand CUPRA. CUPRA KIRO will race with a single-round livery in Brazil this week, before revealing a bold, new visual identity at the Mexico City E-Prix in January 2025.

Lola Yamaha ABT Formula E Team

Drivers: Lucas di Grassi and Zane Maloney

Another team with a brand new look this season is Lola Yamaha ABT. This marks a return to racing for Lola, as they become a newly-registered powertrain manufacturer in technical partnership with Yamaha Motor Company. What do you think of the blue and yellow livery?

Mahindra Racing

Drivers: Nyck de Vries and Edoardo Mortara

The Anglo-Indian team revealed their new GEN3 Evo at an exclusive event before the season got underway. The livery is centred around a metallic red, silver satin and carbon black scheme as the team hope to make a huge step forward this season with lots of new elements to the car.

Maserati MSG Racing

Drivers: Stoffel Vandoorne and Jake Hughes

In addition to two new drivers for Maserati MSG Racing this season, they have also got a new look for their Maserati Tipo Folgore challenger. The livery tells a story of 110 years of the Maserati marque’s victories and successes on the track, with the iconic blue now joined by Rose Gold accents on the rear as a symbol of innovation and electrification.

NEOM McLaren Formula E Team

Drivers: Sam Bird and Taylor Barnard

As well as the arrival of Barnard to the papaya team for the 2024/25 campaign, NEOM McLaren have also featured a new coat of paint on their GEN3 Evo machine, accompanied by bold line work, to make it an unmistakable part of the McLaren racing family.

Nissan Formula E Team

Drivers: Oliver Rowland and Norman Nato

After receiving so much positivity about their popular cherry blossom livery across the last two seasons, Nissan have decided to stick with a similar design for Season 11. The beautiful pattern is both a hint to its Japanese DNA and signifies new beginnings, as it welcomes back Nato to the team alongside Rowland.

TAG Heuer Porsche Formula E Team

Drivers: Pascal Wehrlein and Antonio Felix da Costa

Finally, the new Porsche 99X Electric has gone for a brave and beautiful new colour scheme as it unveiled its purple livery ahead of Season 11. Purple Sky Metallic replaces the traditional combination of black, white and red, symbolising the technology transfer from motorsport to production. The colour change also represents electrification and Porsche’s pioneering spirit.
