Kylie: "It is nothing short of thrilling - the vibe is incredible"

Why she's hooked on all-electric racing, what she made of a hot lap with Alejandro Agag and why we might be seeing her again soon

Kylie: It is nothing short of thrilling - the vibe is incredible

With Nico Rosberg declaring he's "definitely interested" in joining the ABB FIA Formula E Championship in Hong Kong, Orlando Bloom accidentally trimming the nose of our test car in Marrakesh and - most recently - Kylie Minogue getting hooked on all-electric racing after just one round on the streets of Santiago, it seems Season Four is going down pretty well so far. The best news yet? We're not even halfway through - so buckle up - there's plenty more to come.

Marking ten years since Kylie first performed in Santiago, we were lucky enough to host her at the Antofagasta Minerals Santiago E-Prix while taking some time off after releasing her latest single, Dancing.

After touring the team garages, dropping into the EMOTION club and taking some time to meet with the stars of the show - the drivers - we sent her off for a hot lap with none other than Formula E Founder and CEO Alejandro Agag. "I thought I would like the hot lap but I loved it so much that when I finished I wanted to go again," she said in an exclusive interview with Formula E ahead of the race. See how she got on in the video below.

"It is nothing short of thrilling - the vibe is incredible," she said, commenting on the atmosphere on the streets of Santiago, just moments before the race.

"It's my first time at Formula E and I'm hooked. We all love a bit of speed, the adrenaline and the drama but I love that this is the start of something that could become absolutely massive. I feel like I'm getting a glimpse into something in its infancy and seeing people's passion to make this is fabulous," she added.

Asked if she would be making an appearance at another race, she added: "I've met a lot of the drivers and they all seem really lovely and passionate. I think it's pretty likely."

Don't miss out on round five of the championship as we head back to Mexico City for the third time in the series history. Click here to get your ticket for the 2018 Mexico City E-Prix.
